5 starsI'd had a bad experience with a plumbing company many years ago and was somewhat nervous about finding a plumber. After looking here and for any other reviews I could find on various plumbers, I called Bright Side Plumbing for a clogged sink and a lose tailpiece on the same sink. The communication was great. The plumber scheduled to was switched to another plumber which slightly changed the time. They called to let me know that the person I was expecting changed and to confirm if the time change would work. The gentleman who came was very professional and thorough as well as personable. I'm just a curious person in general so I asked him quite a few questions about various things. He seemed happy to answer my questions. He did a great job getting me up and running again. I will definitely call Bright Side Plumbing again for any plumbing needs.Review fromash t

5 starsBright Side Plumbing replaced a stretch of clay **** for us to remedy a blockage that had sewage backing up into our basement. ***** came out the same day I called, and was very personable and professional. ***** and ***** both were very communicative and acknowledged a property line issue that KB Plumbing had either not thought of, or just neglected to mention. Bright Side Plumbing also encouraged me to look at the scope so I could see what was going on inside the **** for myself whereas KB plumbing did not invite me to do so.The quote for the work we needed done was slightly cheaper through KB Plumbing, however KB required an additional expense for renting a smaller excavator in lieu of removing a portion of our neighbor's fence, an expense that was not necessary through Bright Side. Ultimately *****' and ******* upfront, communicative, personable and professional demeanor in addition to communicating the property line issue and letting me view the scope made choosing them for the job an easy choice.***** and his team made an incredibly stressful situation infinitely more palatable, and Bright Side Plumbing will absolutely be my first and only call for any future plumbing issues.Review fromKellyn B

****** ***** and ***** worked diligently on a complicated, difficult project with professionalism and success. ****** took his time diagnosing an issue that impacted three contiguous units, and worked with all three homeowners. He patiently answered questions, and was extremely responsive. They came out to do this very big project the next day-and we did have an emergency. The whole crew was polite, professional, mindful of my home and did not stop until everything was done perfectly. Highly recommendBright Side Plumbing

To say the least I had MAJOR plumbing issues. I'd been ripped off in the past so I was skeptical when looking for a new plumber. Thankfully I lucked out when I found Bright Side Plumbing. Talk about real pros!! ****** (supervisor on the job) explained the plumbing problem thoroughly as well as the "fix" that would be needed. The materials they used were top notch and they did not rush to finish the job but really took their time to ensure a quality repair job. Also, and most importantly, they absolutely guarantee their work and did show up quickly when I had a concern which was immediately resolved. The owner (***********************) is a "spiritual" person and he "walks his talk". Very kind and anxious to please. I could not recommend Bright Side Plumbing more highly. *****************Bright Side Plumbing
