    As per email sent from MVG recruiting services that they will pay $300 for participating virtual research group on 12 Nov 2022. However, they didn't provide any payment post completing research. Sent them multiple emails but they are not responding. I see multiple people are victim of fraud performed by ******* *******

    This has been an ongoing issue for over a year. Last contact was last month June of 2023. I participated in a mock jury on 3/22/22. It was a full day virtual mock jury paying $300. After about a month of not receiving payment, I sent an email to the recruiter ********* inquiring about payment. She told me to contact ********, who is the owner. I did so and didn't receive any response. After going back and forth about this for over a year, and getting no response from the owner ******** after numerous attempts and the run around from the recruiter *********, I realized they didn't have any intention to pay, even though they seemed to make it sound like they were going to resolve this issue.

    On 6/21/23 MVG reached out to me about participating in a case study on 6/22. They informed me that the study would be 830a-530 and that participants would be paid $300 same day. This was also stated in the Craigslist ad that I responded to initially. I completed the case study, nothing was sent. I reached out to ******* who is one of the recruiters, no response.

    I was selected for an online Focus Group on 9/10/2022. The payment for the 8hours of work on a Saturday afternoon was $250. There seemed to a problem with my payment as nothing came thru for days. I contacted Ms. ***** via text, she told she would take care of it, then she reconsidered and sent me a receipt that showed my phone number with another recipient, so I called ****** and they asked that Ms. ***** give them a call to stop payment and get me paid. Ms. ***** never bothered to call ******, saying that it was my problem and that she would sue me if I said anything about her company or Ms. *****. I only want to get paid, ****** says, no transaction number means no transaction, so they will not do a thing! I called them at least 6 or7 times. They asked me, if Ms. ***** would call them, I asked, she refused! Ms. ***** never made an attempt to reverse the payment, then she threatens me when I question her professionalism and her honesty. If that was true, she would have at least made an attempt, instead of saying in her letter, I cannot pay you twice, so tough luck. Talking to other Focus Groups, they say this is not right and that Ms. ***** could have taken care of this, choosing instead to pocket the money.
