    My mom, ***** ***** was a patient/resident at Ignite in Overland Park, KS from Dec. 9-23, 2024. She passed on Jan. 5, 2025. I am her daughter and I'm paying her outstanding bills. I have called and left a message with the Billing Mgr/Dir. requesting a bill I also sent her a letter and the corporate office... no response. ***** ******* at **********************************. This was before my mom passed. No response from her. I sent her and the corporate office a letter telling them I'm trying to get a bill, so I can pay it. My mom is probably rolling over in her grave because she has an outstanding past due bill. How hard is it to send out a bill? I just want to pay what she owes and finish paying all her bills. Is this too much to ask?

    Hello, 

    We were unaware of **** ******* inability to reach someone in the business office at the Overland Park location.   **** ***** reached out to the Ignite Help line which was handled immediately and she was able to get the statement that she needed.  She informed us at that time that she filed this complaint, but this matter should be closed at this time.
