    If I could give them 0 stars. I would. They use their subcontractors! And when asked about money owed the owner Daniel Mcmullen says in text "I don't like talking about money with people who have none" 23yrs old and already knows everything!

    My Nationwide adjuster uses them for inspections and told me they would be the ones to call me to set up an inspection I was kind of paranoid that these people will be coming to help make sure my claim would be denied. The lady in the office got me scheduled really quickly and answered any questions I had and was very friendly. I can't remember her name but David is the one who came to my home to inspect and he was very knowledgeable very professional. Thanks to his Fair report my claim went exactly how I felt it should go and I was pleased with how fast and how exceptional the service was

    We were referred to Sterling Heights to schedule an evaluation of our roof after wind damages. They sent us a text when we asked to be contacted by email and then took several days (and a reminder that we wish to conduct business by email) to receive an appointment date. They then told claims specialist that they were unable to contact us to schedule after we already had an appointment date. They rescheduled the appointment with less than 24 hours notice and then were a no show for the rescheduled appointment. Attempts to reach them always result in getting a voicemail. We requested a different company complete the evaluation of our roof and we would not recommend the services of Sterling Heights.
