      Roof replacement work was completed very quickly. Northstar also coordinated soft metals and gutter/downspout replacement. Northstar dealt with insurance cost substantiation on their end which was helpful. Overall process was pretty smooth. Project manager ****** was courteous and responsive.

      I found roof replacement actual work was done quickly accomplished in one day. somewhat traumatic but Chris, the local boss, went out of his way to keep me sane. The Actual work was done quickly and the roof looks better than ever.
