    I've experienced multiple issues in my attempt to take a Microsoft exam thought Pearson Vue over the past two days. Despite my adherence to the system requirements and following all necessary steps, I have faced several recurring issues. Most recently on October the 29th, I was unable to proceed/ nor take the exam because the required access code wasn't generated to allowing access to the exam platform. According to Pearson Vue chat representative. The access code is automatically provided via email upon purchase or rescheduling, yet I have not received it. According to representative it will take an additional 2-3 business days to find a resolution. This process has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The lack of timely solution and escalation in addressing this concern.

    I signed up and paid the fee to take an examination called RICA (Reading Instruction Competence Assessment). Because of COVID the exam was cancelled. During the COVID crisis I tried to contact Pearson unsuccessfully via phone and email. Recently, I decided to try again to contact them through their website to get reimbursed for the exam I never took. There is no contact information on the Customer Service but they provide a chat for customer service. The employee told me that he couldn't do anything and gave me the following number to call: *** ********. The number has a recording and there is no way to speak to a representative or resolve the issue.

    On Sep 24th, I had scheduled an exam, but 2 days prior to the exam , I tried rescheduling exam to October 2nd to be better prepared. However, support in Pearson put in Customer notes that Customer did not attend exam and tried to lie that she rescheduled. I remember getting up before 2 days to rescedule to october 2nd, the reschedule did not process and I never received email. I am also not getting customer support email from Pearson they are going to spam. Additionally I had inconvience the last exam taken, I checked in exam earlu, but proctor was 1 hour late, as a result , I had to finsih exam to eat dinner and be on time.
