      On June 4, 2025 I purchased 1 axle assembly for the rear of my 2006 jeep liberty for $633.00. When i received my order, I noticed that the rear axle assembly was in a very poor condition. There was much erosion of the metal. Rust had eaten away a lot of the metal. They claim they deal with quality used parts. I feel this is a obvious attempt to rip me off. How this type of business is allowed to exist is way beyond my conscience as a human being.

      This customer's request didn't make it to the correct team.  I found his communication to us and the photos.  We are in process of getting him a BOL to return the part back to us for a full refund.  The customer should have a BOL from us this week.

      Ordered transmission and radiator on 6/4/26. We received the transmission quickly. The initial radiator didnt pass inspection. Got an email saying a replacement was being sent out. Replying to those emails and leaving feedback on the order page has not gotten a response. 6/10 call to customer service with them saying it is showing it to be delivered that day. 6/11 another call to customer service because it wasn’t delivered. They are showing no tracking information or update from carrier, but they send emails asking for it. 6/12, still no radiator delivered, no update on order page, no reply on emails, and been on hold with customer service for over 30 minutes this morning.

      I am rejecting this response because: there is an issue with the motor shooting a transmission code but the car is running. However, every motor you all have sent me has costed me more and more money out of pocket. I need someone to call me from this company.

      You have the traemission , you came back and got it. How can I send it back. You just said you had in your statement. But trying say it’s not the right one . Please return that one then .

      We appreciate you bringing your concerns about the part's condition to our attention. We authorized a return for this item and provided a prepaid shipping label, with the understanding that a full refund would be issued upon its return.


      Upon receiving the returned shipment, our quality control process identified discrepancies indicating the item was not the original transmission sent from our facility. The transmission we ship includes a specific torque converter bracket and is sent with standard protective wrapping, unique tags, and installation instructions. These were missing from the returned item.


      Given your initial report that the part was not installed or significantly handled, the absence of these elements was unexpected. Your subsequent communication mentioned a mechanic unwrapped the part and removed components, which conflicts with the initial report and our findings that protective caps, inserts, and the torque converter bar were also missing.


      For your reference, we have provided images contrasting the part we shipped with the item we received. To complete the return and issue your refund, please ensure the correct, original transmission is returned to us. We will process the full refund once the original item is received and verified.   I have attached an image of what the customer received (Automotix Part), and what the warehouse received back (NOT IX Part). If the customer returns the correct part, we will issue a refund.

      I'm reaching out in regards to a return that was returned on the 18th of December I have left multiple phone calls multiple emails multiple voicemails and I either get hung up on not listen to are never responded to I want my refund that I have been waiting on since they received the engine on the 18th

      I have bought engine from this company online. Engine was detached from accident vehicle and had damage on it (oil pan cracked). This motor was cost me $970.
      I disassemble the engine to understand scale of damage. Engine inside was in awful condition and all stained. Many bolts, inside where loose, i took them out by bare hand.
      Head bolts were stripped. Overall condition of the engine was 1 of 5.
      I made a lot of photos with bad areas and asked company for return and further refund.
      Yes, i was loosing around $300 on shipping, but the condition was so bad and that loss was adequate.
      When engine was shipped back to seller, they say that is not theirs engine.
      That was a lie, because i was sent back the only engine i received from them. No mistake.
      All the paperwork i got is came with the engine they sent.
      After couple weeks of emailing, Automotix says that no refund will be issued, because they say it s not theirs engine. But they just lying.
      As i see now, i am not alone who was dropped and scammed by this company.
      I got no engine, i got no money to fix the old one.
      Want refund Badly. And explanation.

      on November 16 2022 said company by unauthorized means deducted for a amount of $1622.07 and my bank caught them in a inordinate way hey first applied a deduction against my account in the name" automotix but quickly removed that name and deducted the amount under "buyusedengines.com of which i found no contact information .After calling and discussing in length what had happened they refused any information and only told me that the product i didn't order had been shipped but cannot tell me to who or where and that i should try contact my bank of which i have done after much chasing down of my funds the place where it started was the Automotix sending my account to a third fraudulent party,,,i have received zero documents through email of any transaction with this outfit!

      Ordered a transmission 11/9/2022. Automotix website stated that the part would be here 11/14/2022 at the LATEST. As of today they still havent even located the part I order. This business committed fraud just to get the sale. This is not a business that should be able to selling anything Lying to people. Their customer service people are even worse saying they will call you back with information and they don't. I have asked to be refunded and they wont do it. I need help with this business.
