      I have bee na customer of ******************** for many many years, and up until i decided I wished to move to a cheaper data warehousing service, they were great. They had a program whereby you gained reward points that you coudl trade in for services they offered at no cost or at least very heavily discounted. I should say I have spent well over 40,000with Codero throughout the years.For now reason I am aware of and with no true announcement about stopping their rewards offers, I like many other Codero customers ended up losing all of our reward points, which in all reality was as good as cash when trading for add ons and services. During the entire time i was with Codero i kept upgrading my server and worked with them through any issue easily and most of teh time with great support.UNTIL I decided to move. My payments for a month were due on teh 19th of any given month which covered teh full following month. I was trying to inform support of me wishing to get a better deal or I would be moving, and vcoincidentally during this time my server was going through maintenace when I lost contact with my server and no way to get in. It tooks a few day but eventually support got me back in which was around May 26 2022. I did not think this would be an issueas I felt given that I had told support I would be leaving before my nextpayment was due there shouldnt have been an issue considering my server was down during the tiume I should have been backing up my data and migrating it to another provider, which I did. Codero then proceeded to shut down my server for NON PAYMENT and then stated oh we have a 30 day cancellation policy so yyou owe us for a fulkl month AND if you do NOT pay the full amount we will keep billing you until you pay the amount and THEN and ONLY then we will cancelk your service. They say they have this ******************************************************************* 15 years. I need help. They want $$$ for nothing and are treating me badly. I need ************************
