      This company has changed the formula of the prescription food I give senior dog (Hill's Food Sensitivities Z/D canned). Without warning... so not only can I not stock up on his normal food in order to "slowly incorporate" a new food into his diet (as they suggest) but this was purchased without any warning that they had changed the ingredients. This could have seriously hurt my dog. He suffers from chronic pancreatitis. The reviews online seriously indicate that this company needs to go back to the original formula. Very careless on their part.

      The science diet almost killed my baby girl!!
      After eating her 10th container within about 10 minutes she vomited three times and had 2 seizures. I rushed her to the emergency where she had a IV, extensive blood work, X-rays and a ultrasound done.
      She was in extreme pain to where she had to take pain pills that only lasted 4 hours. She spent 4 full days in the hospital from open to close with the doctor staying over a hour after closing so she would be home for only 8 hours for when they opened since they are not a overnight hospital.
      She was barely stable for 48 hours!!!
      Her pain was so intense she had a hard time breathing.
      She didn't eat for a full week and just layed next to me whimpering.
      I thank the good Lord that she is fine now.

      This food is very toxic and I am spreading the word to all fur baby paren

      Hills is refusing to release the IODINE levels in Hills kidney joint and mobility dry cat food which is a huge issue for a cat being treated already for hyperthyroidism. When I had called the rep stated that they don't have access to this information but can provide the contents for the hills Thyroid dry. I need to know the EXACT AMOUNT OF IODINE IN THE KIDNEY JOINT AND MOBILTY BEFORE I TAKE ACTION LEGALLY. DO YOU REALIZE NOT PROVIDING THIS INFORMATION OR I SHOULD SAY REFUSING CAN BE FATAL TO CATS? THIS POST WILL ALSO BE STREAMED TO OTHER SITES TO PREVENT ANIMAL DEATH!

      Very upset with Hill's cat prescription food. Completely predatory pricing policies. I was told my my vet in 2021 to by C/D rx food for my cat. Price in 2021 was $55 per 24 can pack. Just now there was another increase and price is $76! It seems that in past year there was price increase every few months. That is 28% increase since 2021! No inflation was 28% and consumer wages didn't go up 28% either. Yet, I feel that quality has gone down. I seen some tendon like particles in the cans that I never saw before.
      I completely not ok. So disappointed and I am not sure how we can afford buying this food.

      I have been feeding my yorkie terrier the hill's science dog food for years just bought a big bag in 11/23 and its the same dog food bit something is wrong with it evertime my dog eats it he throwsup and upset his stomach so I give him some purina dog food no issues he goes back to normal my vet told me to use this dog food years ago now I still have this bag of have to be toxic dog food and receipts of my purchase I want answers from this company I am glad to send a sample to have it analyze please help me know what is Hills science dog food next step are on this issues

      This is the THIRD time I have received Hills Science diet I/d low fat regular pate’ canned dog food absolutely ALL dried out and my dog will NOT eat it. I spent over 50.00 on it and it’s unusable. The first 2 times it happened I was sent coupons. I just want my dogs food to be edible. It’s a prescription diet and it’s medically necessary for my dog. It was purchased at my Veterinarian office. I want a response and no explanations about sourcing ingredients and covid.
