    I've never had contact with this business before, but today (09/26/2022) they started calling and texting me non-stop this afternoon. Finally, I left them a message not to call because "*********" does not live here, which she doesn't. I don't even know who ********* is. This is a foundation repair company, and I don't own a house. Also, if I WERE *********, I'd be pissed with their lack of patience and respect. Then they pop back, after I told them I'd made a report that ********* was MY problem.

    They responded by saying it was my problem after I told them if they contacted me again, I'd report them. My God. They called three times in a couple of hours and sent numerous texts. Then, they come back and insult me. I blocked them, but because they left messages...........

    We received a request through ******* **** for a foundation repair quote. I texted the person from the ******* **** app to tell them we are available to meet if they prefer. I didn't every call this person and I only sent the one text. This person responded to my text with cursing and accusing me of harassment (which is not true or intentional). ********* provided this person's number to us as a contact. This person must not realize that ******* **** and **** ******* are lead generators and that number and name was likely sent to several contractors that service that area. I believe that you can see in the screenshot that she provided that ********* did in fact provide that number. I can also provide history that I didn't call this number at all and only texted that one time in response to her quote request.

    Better Business Bureau:



    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution to be only choice since I never received a message or phone call from  the number THEY provided here at all. The number on the screenshots and the message was identified as this company. Also, why did they share someone else's personal information with me, a stranger? I'll never give sales people any info for now on. Is that even legal?
