    Terrible is a understatement. I believe Mill-Tel is contractor for COX in this area. Tech guy, Michael, (who knows he gave me a real name) came out to fix our neighbors cox cable issue as it was damaged during landscape project yesterday late afternoon and the tech guy needed to access the main cable box which has 3 cable lines under the ground including mine and 2 others neighbors in my backyard. This guy restored the neighbor's cable issue but turned off my service or something he did, I am sure what he did to be honest. I noticed right away there was issue with my Cox service and went outside to tell him that my Cox service has been disconnected since he had arrived to work. He told me "there were other neighbors with the same issue, once I am done here I will make sure yours is reconnected and will knock on your door before I leave". I was watching what he was doing the entire time from the house, sure enough he turned the engine on his car so I went outside to tell him I still do not have Cox service and he proceeded to tell me " I am gonna just drive over to neighbors and come right back to make sure your serviced is back on before I leave". He was nowhere to be found and no Cox service as of this morning, obviously because he never came back!!! I had to call Cox customer service to have someone come out today to get service reconnected.
    I just cannot believe someone like him has a JOB! I have his face on my Ring camera if his employer wants to know who this guy is. Unbelievable.
