    This company bought out the trash service that I had been using for years. it took almost 3 weeks for them to finally pick up my trash after they bought out Ballinger. There were weeks in a row where they simply didn't pick up my trash in the six- nine months that I have had them since. They claim they will pick up up to 10 additional bags of trash, but only if they are 13 gallon kitchen bags that are tied at the top. Today when I called to cancel my service (after asking them to have the trash guys return and they didn't) I was informed that they are going to charge me an additional $20 for canceling their service. This is a company that I suggest you don't use if you actually need your trash picked up weekly , have any tree limbs or use yard bags.
