    We purchased a brand new camper in April of 2023. 1 month after purchasing we received a call from the service department saying that our roof is covered under warranty. We had no clue there was anything wrong with the roof as nothing was mentioned to us. They then explained that it didn’t pass inspection and could start leaking in the future and needs replaced. We wouldn’t have purchased the camper if we would have been told this information in the beginning. In September of 2023 we took it back to have the roof replaced. When we received it back there was saw dust everywhere, the A/C didn’t work because they forgot to hook it back up. Now in September of 2024 the roof is leaking terribly and has ruined the ceiling in the bathroom. This whole experience has been terrible and the dealership doesn’t like to return calls. You would think if you purchase a brand new camper that you would be dealing with these kind of issues.

    I bought a brand new rv from blue compass. Also paid $1350 to have it sprayed to stain proof it. The floor got a stain and I called to find out what to do. Blue compass has had me bring my RV back in multiple times telling me they would replace the floor. I've been dealing with this for almost 8 months. I've brought it to them over 5 times expecting the work to be done. Little to no communication from them while they had my RV. I approved them to lay down a laminate flooring that didn't match my original flooring, because they told me it was my only option. To get any type of update I had to show up in person. They told me my RV would be done the beginning of the week 8/5 I waited until 8/9 to show up again after not receiving any information. They left me in the waiting room while they hurried to finish my RV for 45 mins. I asked repeatedly to go and see it, but they continued to tell me I had to wait for a sales women named Tori. I did end up talking my RV on the 9th even know the work was not complete ls correctly because I no longer trust them. I parked my RV on the 10th in tulsa OK, hooked up the water, and noticed something was wrong. Blue compass RV service department set my toilet, but did not reconnect the plumbing. By the time I was able to get the water shut back off the whole RV was flooded and pouring out from the side all over the new floor.

    I purchased a brand new 2022 ******** camper 2/2022 from Harper Camperland. I have had many warranty issues with the camper and it has been in the shop more than it has been out camping. My biggest complaint is faulty craftsmanship from the dealer, as I had my hot & cold water lines under the sink break and get water all over my sub floor in the camper completely ruining the floor causing mold and soft spots on said floor. I dropped it off to Camperland on 8/10/22 while not in my possession still making my $****** a month payments. I received a phone call from Jerry ***** the owner/manager of Camperland on 9/12/22 and was told my Camper had left his lot and was on its way up to ************ headquarters **********. This was a lie, on Friday 9/16/22 I received a phone call from Kelly ******* who is In Customer Relations at ************ stating that they had not received my camper and were having it dispatched to ******* that following week. As you can imagine I was furious and called back Jerry ***** and let him have it. That he basically lied to me about my camper being sent back up there and I asked him what kind of****************** are you running? How can you own/manage a place and not know what you physically have on your lot and blatantly lie to customers. My camper was then sent up to ******* on 9/21/22 to which to this date 10/28/22 my camper is still **********. I have asked what is going to be done for me, for being lied to and being without my camper going on 3 months now! I get told they are looking in to what they can do for me to which still to this day I have not been compensated anything for my wasted time & stress over this situation. All I had asked for was how about make a camper payment or 2 for me. Or how about a better mattress or a heated underbelly on my camper to which nothing has been done. This is why I'm filing my complaint as I feel the way I have been treated through this whole process is unacceptable
