    Summer of 2022 Ables Appliance/HVAC installed a new, energy-efficient air conditioning unit and heater coil at our home. Soon thereafter, our electric bills were unusually high. We contacted Ables and they came to our home numerous times but didn't find a problem. In February 2023, we hired another HVAC company to diagnose the problem and they found numerous issues. For example, the heater coil was not compatible with the outside unit Abels had installed; the indoor 21-inch coil was suspended by plumber strap in a 24-inch cabinet therefore allowing (if I understand correctly) air to bypass on 3 sides of the A-frame coil; Abel's Invoice stated a cased coil but installed an A-frame coil; the head PSI exceeded 440; our blower fan was not shutting off on either the furnace or the humidifier; the humidifier had a 6 volt bleed; various wiring issues. I sent Abels a message via e-Mail letting them know the issues found by the other company. Asking to call us if they wanted to discuss the issues and buy back the wrong coil. We never heard from Abels company. We have since hired the other company to fix the issues that were wrong.
