***** ****** contacted me on marketplace because o was selling my home. He said he was a cash buyer and closing would be quick. He had me sign a contract with a closing date of September 15. He then came back two weeks later had me sign a piece of paper that voided that contract. He then brought me a different contract and had me sign that contract with an Investor. He did not tell me any of what was going to be going on after I signed that contract. He lied to me and told me that it would still be the same closing dates September 15 so I move from Kansas to Oklahoma with four kids on that information. I found out that the closing date wasn’t going to be until the end of October, and that my house had to be sold before I would get any money for it. Now I am stuck in a situation where Investor is in Georgia. That Investor doesn’t even have a real address for his company. **** no longer answers to my text messages or phone calls and neither does the investor at zips prop LLC, ***** *********. I explained to **** at the beginning of this on August 9 that I was using the money from his purchase of this house to be able to move to Oklahoma where my new job is waiting. I’m supposed to start my job on October 15 but because of all of the lies and deceptive business practices may end up losing that job along with the job here in Kansas.
