      On November 29, 2022, I mailed three rolls of film to Dwayne's Photo with a check for $**, which is what their order form said they charge for developing...and for a link to be sent to me that would allow me to access scans of the images on the three rolls.

      On December 6, 2022, I e-mailed Dwayne's Photo, asking if they received my film. I did not receive an answer.

      On December 7, 2022, I again e-mailed
      Dwayne's Photo, asking if they received my film. Again, I did not receive an answer.

      On December 7, 2022, I called Dwayne's
      Photo and was told that my order hadn't
      been filled because I hadn't paid to have the negatives returned. I explained that I did not want the negatives returned, which is why I had not included payment for returning the negatives. I was told that the matter would be taken care of and that a link would be sent. However, I did not receive the link.

      On December 13, 2022, I called Dwayne's
      Photo at around 10:22 a.m. and spoke to Emma, who said that two rolls were done but that there was a problem with the third, and that I would receive a link to the scans by the end of the week.

      That week ended on Sunday, December 18, 2022, and I did not receive the link from Dwayne's Photo that would enable me to access the scans I paid $** to receive.

      I received an envelope from Dwayne's Photo containing four sets of negatives. You will recall
      that:
      1. I did not request the return of negatives
      on the original order form sent to
      Dwayne's; however, I did request that scans of the images be sent.
      2. On December 7, 2022, I told a Dwayne's
      employee that I did not want the negatives returned. (See above.)
      3. On December 13, 2002, I told Emma at
      Dwayne's Photo that I did not want the
      negatives returned...that I wanted only a
      link that would enable me to view the scanned images. (See above.)
      Because Dwayne's did not fulfill my order as requested, I am asking that my original payment of $** be returned to me.
