    BBB handles disputes related to marketplace issues experienced with the services or products a business provides. The PITT STATE UNIVERSITY assumed the FULL RESPONSIBILITY of entering into a Covenant of Understanding with regards to a particular Accrediting Path, however, subsequently, its own agents ELOPED or partially, or fully mal-performed upon several areas at due delegation, and refused, for a staggering 2 year time frame to process any REMEDIATION possibility. They have, therefore, RESCINDED their contractual promissory, and are NOT entitled to the monies appropriated to FALSE pretenses, and in FOUR areas, which must hence be AUDITED OUT/REVOKED from the itemized inventory of the Final Value Contracted, and equitably discharged by a FULL Refund. We have ALREADY PROCESSED THE TAX RELATED PAPERWORK for this at behest of KANSAS, where the VENDOR operates, and they are to CO-NOTARIZE the GUAM buyer's TAX REFUND claim within their own state,and IMMEDIATELY PROCESS a refund,and REMOVE the FALSE and misleading itemizations of misleading, and in effect, deceptive goods, damaged by the business' own conflicts of interest issues as linked to broader public-facing dilemmas,disturbances, and disorders. There is NO COVENANT to be further continued, and this is NOT a duplicate filing by any stretch of the imagination. The BUSINESS is LEGALLY OBLIGATED to REFUND the full costs in service to an amicable SEPARATION/ARBITRATION of the prior assumed commitments, and PERMANENTLY ACCEPT this basis as the final, and common tender at reconciliation. Should it refuse to so reconcile, the aggrieved party will press LEGAL CHARGES, and seek to collect extraordinary damages visited by the vendor's self-originated failing in ultimately FOUR areas of contract. We are ASKING, per BBB custom, to mediate this via a friendly DISPUTE RESOLUTION mechanism, that essentially lets both parties SEVER, Live,and Let Live,while creating a REVOCATION between KANSAS and GUAM on disputed areas.
