    Ordered prints in frames. The cropping performed by **** is not standard around the pic and rathernthan stopping before chopping a head down, they sent pics that way. I ordered from them, comfortable with their 100% satisfaction guarantee. When I inquired about returning the pictures, their agent, ******* Revealed that they will decide whether 100% satisfaction has been met, not the customer. I would like to return these items for a full refund. They offered a 50% discount on correcting the order which I believe is ridiculous. They should not be allowed to advertise a 100% satisfaction guarantee without the fine print being very nearby which it is not on their website.

    We had not heard back from the customer since our offer to re-order with different images.  We printed and framed the images as they were submitted to us and as was previewed on the website.  We cannot simply reprint the product because the images submitted didn't have any further space within the file to allow any more room for framing.  I would be happy to offer a full refund for the product if she would like to return them back to us.  I would even be willing to send her a UPS label to print out and use so they do not incur any further charges.

    In the end, their customer service rep persisted that I made an error, they do not “judge” others photos, and that they do not use AI. I am returning the chopped versions but when I ordered just prints I will have custom framed, the rep failed to honor the 50%. They do not have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and they ought not say it on their web pages with asterisks or something. When I did what rep asked and accessed ordered version which she said would show my “error”, she refused to respond (the head was not chopped off.) so much gaslighting and misinfo.

    Although MPix is more expensive than competitive than their competitors, but I liked some of the services they offered, such as how a message could be put on the back, which was the request of my customer.

    I placed the order for one 8x10 photo on E-surface paper on November 17, 2024. The shipping chosen was Economy Plus, which should have ensured the delivery timeframe of 7 to 14 days. According to UPS, the date of delivery should have been November 20, 2024. However, to date the picture has not been delivered (20 December 2024). What MPix does not say is that UPS hands it over to the USPS, and then stops taking responsibility for the delivery of the package.

    I paid for a second printer to get the picture to the client by the projected time. An additional cost of $6.63. They received it within a week.

    When I initially contacted MPix on 12 December 2024, and requested a refund of $10.99, I was informed to wait another 2 days and they would send another picture out. When I insisted on a refund because the client had already gotten their picture, I was told that they would not give me a refund, that my only recourse was to have another picture sent.

    That does not work for my situation, and I would like the refund of the costs paid.

    When she initiated the refund request, the tracking by USPS showed that it was out for delivery by 12/13.  We told the customer that if the package was not received in the mail by 12/13/2024, we would issue a full refund at that time.   We did not hear back from her until 12/20/2024 and it was upon hearing from her that we issued a full refund.  Our correspondence with the customer is attached above.

    They allowed someone who hacked into my cc account to purchase from them and now refuse to give me refund. I had yo close my cc account and get issued a new card. They admitted to me that my card was indeed hacked.

    **** is correct that his credit card information was compromised.  Someone stole his information elsewhere then proceeded to create an Mpix account and used ****'s credit card to place orders with us.  We stopped the fraudulent orders and we were able to refund the charges back to the credit card company.   I have attached the email correspondence and the refund receipts for confirmation.

    Hello, I placed an order with mpix on March 29, 2023. My order included a 16x24 poster print. It arrived in the mail and the paper was MUCH thinner than I expected. The print was taped to the cardboard and despite my efforts at gently removing it, two of the corners tore. I reached out to mpix to have the item replaced as their website states that they have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and will reprint an item for free if the customer is not satisfied. I was satisfied with the images but not the quality of the paper they printed it on OR the way they taped it to the cardboard making it nearly impossible to retrieve it in one piece. However, they claimed that my product is not eligible for free reprint and will only offer me **% off or free shipping, not both. I do not understand why they can say they have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee if they will not replace my order when I am not satisfied with the product they provided. I think their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee is very misleading.

    It looks like it was a defective/damaged poster that the customer requested we print in a different product.  Typically we cannot change the product and reprint at no charge, which is why the discount was offered.  However, there was a request to be escalated to a manager that was overlooked; we dropped the ball on that for sure.   I am going to issue a refund for the poster product back to her payment method.  She should expect to see that refund on her payment method statement within 3-5 business days.  I am sorry for the inconvenience.

    I ordered photos online and once the order was placed,I sent an email requesting they change the photo option
    I then get an email saying they can't cancel my order as it was printed and if I wanted to cancel to contact them
    I then get an email this after at 4:56 pm saying if they don't hear from me by 5 pm they'll cancel the order and gove me ** percent back. I sent an email this evening once the email came through saying to keep order as is and receive an email saying they've cancelled the order and issued a refund at ** percent! I emailed them saying I never requested cancellation and to send the photos or full refund back! They've refused and this has been a disaster because I wanted a different format! Please assist me in getting the full refund back as I never requested a cancellation and it's wrong for them to cancel
