    On 3/19/25 I broke down in Plainville Kansas outside **** I changed my fuel filter after purchasing a new from from ***. My truck wouldn't start. I then called **** ****** and ask him if he can tow my truck to his shop as I was broke down. **** stated he was in Wakenee doing something work related for the Police, that he would get to towing the truck as soon as he got back to town.
    He didn't even tow my truck for 3 days and it's in the same town. **** And I discussed ordering a fass fuel system for my truck. **** texted me the link to order thr Fass Fuel. Fass Fuel got done or so I thought truck wouldn't start. I'm going to include a list of the parts that have been bought and work.That's been done on the truck. Inlet connector tubes , common rail pump cummins filter housing delete New injectors at 30%. Distributor Tube Freight for fuel tube. Tipm. ****** ****** had gave me an estimate of seventy seven hundred dollars for all work out of that seventeen hundred was supposed to be labored. Total payment as of now is 10, 751.00 Also, my truck is still not running.As now we are being told, it needs at E.C.M. We were told by one of ** ****** employees that part have been getting broke by another employee. Plz call me to discuss my issuses

    Today **** ****** called me at 10:26 Am And stated that I needed to come pick my truck up office property.Because I had contacted you guys. I contacted a friend who went to *** ******** and towed my truck. When
    Getting to ** ******'s to pick up my truck, I opened my truck door a bad battery leaking battery acid was on my drivers side floor boars. Was not there on Sunday b.c I went and got my batteries out of my truck so this was placed since then.

    ON 3/19/24 CUSTOMER ******* **** CALLED ME STATING THAT HE NEEDED HIS TRUCK TOWED FROM LOCAL PARTS STORE, I TOLD HIM I WAS OUT ON THE TRUCK AT THE MOMENT AND GET TO IT WHEN I GOT BACK INTO TOWN.

    I DID NOT GET BACK INTO TOWN UNTIL MIDNIGHT. I WENT UP THE NEXT MORNING ON 3/20/25 AND PICKED UP THE TRUCK. THE CUSTOMER SELF DIAGNOSED THE VEHICLE AND STATED HE REPLACED THE FUEL FILTER BUT TRUCK WOULD NOT START AGAIN. ******* CALLED ME STATING HE WANTED TO HAVE ME INSTALL A FASS FUEL SYSTEM ON IT FOR THE LOW SIDE FUEL PRESSURE. I SENT HIM ONE THAT I RECOMMENDED.

    CUSTOMER ORDER THIS PART HIMSELF. CUSTOMER DROPPED IT OFF AT MY SHOP WHEN IT CAME IN. I INSTALLED THE SYSTEM AND I GOT THE TRUCK TO FIRE. RAN FOR ABOUT 10 TO 20 SECONDS AND IT DIED. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER

    AND HE STATED HE WANTED ME TO PROCEED WITH DOING A PROPER DIAGNOSES ON IT. RAN FUEL PRESSURE TEST ON THE HIGH SIDE AND LOW SIDE FUEL SYSTEM AND FOUND THAT THE HIGHSIDE FUEL PRESSURE WAS UNDER 200 PSI. PER ALL DATA

    REPAIR THE HIGH SIDE RAIL PRESSURE SHOULD BE 2900- 26107 PSI. PULLED OUT THE FUEL ACTUATOR ON THE PUMP AND IT WAS FULL OF METAL SHAVINGS. CALLED AND GOT PRICES AND PARTS FOR EVERYTHING. GAVE HIM A ROUGH ESTIMATE FOR PARTS AND LABOR.

    HE TEXTED ME TO GO AHEAD TO START ORDERING PARTS AND GETTING THE FUEL SYSTEM FIXED. I STATED THAT THE FUEL SYSTEM HAD TO BE FIXED BEFORE I COULD PROCEED. ORDERED A NEW HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP, ORDERED 6 NEW FUEL INJECTORS, AND FASS FUEL FILTER DELETE PLATE.

    WHEN I WAS TEARING EVERYTHING APART I HAD NOTICED THAT THE FUEL RAIL HAD RUST IN THE PORTS AND THERE IS NO GOOD WAY TO CLEAN IT OUT. CALLED CUSTOMER AND TOLD HIM IT WAS GOING TO BE AN EXTRA 900$ PLUS FREIGHT TO GET THE RAIL. HE TOLD ME TO GO AHEAD HE EVEN ASKED

    ME IN A TEXT MESSAGE IF THE FUEL RAIL HAS SHOWED UP YET. REMOVED AND REPLACED HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP. REMOVED AND REPLACE FUEL INJECTORS, REMOVED AND REPLACED FUEL RAIL. WHILE BLEEDING THE FUEL SYSTEM I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET A FUEL LEAK STOPPED FROM THE NEW RAIL. IT WAS NOT THE MECHANICS FAULT BUT A MANUFACTURE ERROR AS THE FUEL WAS LEAKING FROM A WELD. WAS ABLE TO GET THE RAIL WARRANTIED OUT FOR A NEW ONE AND INSTALLED. BLED OUT FUEL SYSTEM AND GOT THE TRUCK RUNNING. AFTER LETTING THE TRUCK RUN IN THE SHOP I WAS GETTING READY TO BRING IT ON A TEST DRIVE AND IT DIED IT ACTED LIKE SOMEBODY JUST SHUT THE KEY OFF. TRUCK FIRED RIGHT BACK UP AND DIED AGAIN. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER AND TOLD HIM WHAT THE TRUCK WAS DOING. I HAD ASKED HIM IF HE HAD DONE ANY SORT OF TUNING ON THE TRUCK SINCE I NOTICED A TUNING BOX LAYING ON THE FLOOR BOARD. HE STATED THAT HE TRIED TO BUT HE SAID THE VIN WAS LOCKED. TRACED OUT ALL THE ACCESSORY WIRES AND FOUND THAT THE CUSTOMER HAD FOUR ADD-A-FUSES WIRED INTO THE TOTAL INTEGRATED POWER MODULE. TOLD THE CUSTOMER THAT THE ECM AND TIPM ON THESE TRUCKS ARE VERY SENSITIVE AND CAN NOT BE ADDING WIRES THAT ARE NOT FACTORY. HE TOLD ME TO GO AHEAD AND REMOVE THEM IF THEY WERE NOT NEEDED. PUT ALL THE WIRING IN A BOX IN THE BACK SEAT. TESTED THE 12 VOLT SOURCE TO THE MODULE AND FOUND THAT AFTER THE TRUCK IS RUNNING FOR LITTLE WHILE THE CIRCUIT BOARDS ARE SHORTING OUT ON THE ECM AND IT LOST THE 12 VOLT. TRIED A TEST ECM ON THE TRUCK AND IT WOULD RUN AND DRIVE JUST FINE WITH NO ISSUES. SINCE THE TRUCK IS DIESEL AND THE EMISSIONS ARE DELETED OFF THE TRUCK I TOLD HIM I WAS NOT ABLE TO DO ANY PROGRAMMING OR TUNING ON A DELETED TRUCK.

    IT IS AGAINST EPA REGULATIONS. EVEN STATED ON THE CUSTOMERS PAID INVOICE THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. CUSTOMER PAID ME IN A CASHIER CHECK FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF HIS BILL OF $10,751.00. 

    ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY APRIL 28TH I ASKED HIM IF HE COULD GET HIS TRUCK OFF MY PROPERTY, WITH THE WAY HE WAS ACTING TOWARDS MY STAFF ON FRIDAY I WAS CONCERNED HE MIGHT TRY TO BLAME SOMETHING ON ME OR ONE OF MY EMPLOYEES. ON MONDAY APRIL 28TH AS I PULLED INTO THE LOT I NOTICED THAT THE HOOD WAS UN LATCHED ON HIS TRUCK, I OPENED THE HOOD AND SAW BOTH BATTERIES WERE GONE. I CHECKED SECURITY FOOTAGE AND SAW THAT HE HAD TAKEN THEM BOTH AND SET AN OLD BATTERY ON THE FLOORBOARD OF THE DRIVER SIDE. I CALLED SHERIFF'S OFFICE THAT MORNING AND ASKED THEM TO STAND BY AND GAVE THEM A RUN DOWN OF WHAT WAS GOING ON. I CALLED ******* AND HAD HIM REMOVE HIS TRUCK FROM MY PROPERTY, I WAS NOT GOING TO BE BLAMED FOR SABOTAGE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY. I FELT THAT IS WHY HE PUT THAT OLD BATTERY ON THE FLOORBOARD. HE CAME AND PICKED UP THAT TRUCK AROUND 11:30 MONDAY MORNING APRIL 28TH.
