    Set up a time for the owner to come and check my system. Told me they normally charge $60 to turn on the system, calibrate it and inspect it. Told him that my system was already on and I knew that there were already zones that did not work. Assumed he was going to come and give a free estimate. He did not show up the day agreed on so her rescheduled for a different day. Did not show up that day either. Finally came out after I messaged them on a third day. They showed up and did not provide any service at all just looked at what I had already explained was not working. He said he would give me an estimate, which I still have not received. Before leaving he said he was sending me an invoice that needed to be paid within 7 days. When I received the invoice it was for the previous mentioned, turn on system and inspection which was never performed. I would never use this company and will be telling any and everyone I know not to work with people that do business like this.
