      We have been subscribers of Sarto Countertops estimating software ( Eased Edge) for a couple of years, without relative any issues. Our agreed monthly subscription fee was $50. In November of 2023, they increased our subscription fee to $495 without any notification whatsoever. When we realized this unacceptable amount, we immediately contacted their manager “Jeff” . Jeff acknowledged their error and stated they would credit our account. It has been at least 6 weeks since our conversation with Jeff. We have attempted to contact him via voicemail several times, without a single reply.
      We then proceeded to contact Sarto Countertops ( the developers of this software). I have left a few messages for Robert Weimann (The owner of Eased Edge) again no reply.

      I now will dispute excessive charges via fraud prevention on my credit card.
      Am very disappointed, with the lack of communication with this company. And I would caution anyone to review their bank statements for inappropriate charges
