      Took Bronco in to get heater fixed under warranty. When we picked it up it had a couple thousand dollars damage to the interior and body from mechanic. We were told about one item broke. We had to find all the rest. It was covered in oil and grease. Was told by service tech that we should expect damage when we bring in service. Now they have to order a bunch of new interior parts to replace and we have to have body work and painting done. I refuse to let there body shop do work so Conklin is doing it and Lm is paying them. To top it off they did not fix the problem. Damages include both sun visors broke, console damage, hood piece, dash parts and dent in door jamb requiring body and repaint. They even had to detail it after we went to get it to clean up all the oil and crap. I would highly recommend to not use them. We were told that their mechanics are not held accountable for any issues.

      The buying process was easy. However, there is no service after the sale. I took my car in for service, with an appointment, three times. At the end of each day I was told they didn't have time to get to it could I bring it back again. I just went to a different dealership and it was serviced that day. Now, per Ford Care's instructions, I need to speak with someone in finance to cancel my warranty since I traded the car. I have called daily and left voicemails for two weeks....no call back.

      This dealership does not have any integrity in the used car sales department. I had an agreement to purchase a used f150 from the and was planning to drive from Texas to get it. I have all of the texts etc of the agreement and time stamps. The guy texts me back two hours later saying it is sold. First he says someone is driving it like he is baiting me. Then instead of going out and saying hey this is sold he lets it go. I being a midwesterner am extremely disappointed in the values this dealership seems to possess. Embarrassing to say the least but there is no repercussions for what they do.

      Wish I could give 0 Stars.. This dealership is slimy and dishonest. My wife and I went there to look at SUV to buy and trade in her SUV once we test drove it and she really liked it they came in with a very very low trade in allowence for her car. When she asked why it was so low he pulls out a piece of paper with a car the same year make and mode as her’s but did have less miles. And tell her and I quote” this is the exact same car as yours with less miles and is 2,000 less than what we are offering for your car” So my wife with quick thinking and the use of a simple google vin# search. The car the were showing her that was just like hers was in a serious accident and has a salvage title… Which is just LOW and DIRTY. Trying to rip her off.. So once I brought this to their attention they had to go have a secret meeting they really did not know what to say after getting caught in a LIE. Would not recommend anybody go there.

      We do use an appraisal software when looking at trade-ins that provides comparable vehicles to show us what current market values are. The example presented to you was not listed in our software as having a salvage title (it still shows and that dealership does not have it listed correctly, which we have passed on to our vendor). We have never and would never knowingly provide an example that had a salvage history. We offered substantially more than the current book value for your trade in, to the point we would have it listed for sale at a number very close to what we offered you for it. There are several examples of 2022 Ascent Touring edition vehicles for sale in the low $30's with under 30k miles. We simply cannot get the same amount for a vehicle with over 50,000 miles. Our offer of almost $29k is close to $6k over the current Blue Book value. We are not slimy nor dishonest. We did not have any secret meetings.

      First you never offered us 29k for our car your highest offer was 26k and Second the car you used to compare that had a Dalave title was clearly posted on the dealer’s website that was selling the car of which I have pictures. So once again you are lying!!!! You have my cell number call me and would love you go over all the details with you.

      You will get rushed through the sale and signing because that's the only thing that's important to them, not your comfortability or what you want. They'll make a million excuses when you let them know that you aren't comfortable or okay with things. All they want is that sale because they want the money. Nothing is personal. Really disappointed in my decision and going through with it regretting signing and that's actually the only thing I regret so far in life.
