      Company provides autofill program. Noticed smell coming from stove while cooking. Called at 8 am the following day and was told we were at estimated 20% and a driver would be out sometime soon. We checked and we were at 5%. Called back had to leave voicemail. Received a return call stating that they’ve been behind due to snow storm 1 week ago. Tank should have been checked by them and filled way before that. Would not bump us to emergency and said they could not give a commitment to a day. Called another company who committed to 1st thing the following am. Ran out of propane with temperatures at 15 plus windchill. Not acceptable customer service.
