    I had no problem with Mikes of Salina, Ks. I have purchased several items from them with no issues. That is until I requested to return merchandise a file cabinet that the young lady in the store told me was 165 dollars. That was good and so I got the cabinet. once I got the cabinet, I realized that was way over the price she and I discussed. As a matter of fact, I have been paying on it for quite a few months and still owe over two hundred dollars. I requested that they pick it up just as my contract says is one of my options. They did not come to pick it up. They tried another attempt for me to keep it by offering a better deal. I ensured them that I felt I had already paid quite enough and just wanted them to come get it. As of today January 7, 2024 they have yet to pick it up and want to give me a bad mark on my credit. This is sad since I have worked with them for over 10 years.

    they are trying to charge me around 5k for used products they give out the promotional deals and if you don't pay the promotional price they will make you pay double if not triple the asking price. i have been paying faithfully for going on 10 months with never missing a payment just for them to tell me everything that i am paying for just doubled in value. the speaker they want so much for had scrape marks on it when they brought it and was missing the watch that goes with it. they are trying to tell me a jbl party box 1000 and a $700 tv surround sound tripled in value even though it was used products. this company has been a nightmare and a huge financial burden when all i wanted was decent merchandise. All im getting from the company is them wanting to sell me more items and not really addressing how they savagely gouged prices by means of a promotional offer just to tell me i now owe a stupendous amount. i would highly consider a criminal investigation or people simply stay away from places like this.
