You want to be disrespected? Do you want your customers treated like dirt as they are on the job site? Want to not get what the actual owner came and quoted you, still pay for the service only to be disrespected continuously each time you finally get in contact with them? We are missing two flush mount locks on one of our doors. $20 in parts at Home Depot worth of failed installation that they refuse to do. I first had to speak with Dalton. A "manager" at this company. Who said I'm not smart enough to operate a lock because it's on the door..., so pictures were sent along with proof from the quotes of the request of the locks stating each door would lock individually. According to Dalton you get no warranty on their work or the door you buy through them. Dalton got more and more disrespectful and even said he would "come rip my fu**ing doors out". Since he ghosted fixing this and stop replying, I went route 2 and I made multiple calls, sent emails, and stopped in to see Dan. All in attempts to avoid Dalton's poor attitude and how he treated his customers. I was surprised the owner, Dan carried the exact same attitude. Dan said the doors have a warranty (contradicting his manager) but avoided telling me what the warranty is and instead got into his ego, saying we are trying to scam them. A poor attempt before he hung up on me, Dan tried to cover it all up saying it's illegal to do flush mount locks on both doors, but he still quoted it to have them both lock separately and accepted payment. Even though it's physically impossible to operate both sets on each door of flush mount locks at the same time, and I had to explain that to him, Dan was dedicated to the fact I don't know what I'm talking about. This company doesn't deserve your hard earned money. Take your business elsewhere or you will regret it. This should have been a SIMPLE process to fix. But they'd rather be disrespectful and treat their customer poorly instead of owning their mistake and FIXING IT!
