      Husband spoke with the manager yesterday and got all of his information to tell him he was approved for $300 but needed to bring his ID the next day since they were getting ready to close during the time they spoke.
      Next day he comes in with his ID and the person that's there isn't who he spoke to yesterday, it is was someone new who has only worked there for a week. At first they told him he was denied and he explained that he literally applied and talked to the manager over the phone yesterday and was told he was approved for $300. Eventually the new employee finds a file the manager had out with his emailed information and reran his information saying he was only approved for $100.
      During this time the employee couldn't reach the manager so she reached out to corporate because of the miscommunication between her, my husband and the manager he spoke to yesterday. Through out the process, the employee managed to lock my husband's account because she kept running his application over and over again dinging his credit a total of 6 times, causing a lockout for 30 days. Which I feel like was on purpose.
      After having him get the phone number to corporate because he was only supposed to go up there with his ID just to pick up money that he was originally approved for, corporate told him that he will have to start over again after 7 days but there's nothing they could do for him on THEIR **** up. So he filed a complaint. Told him they would get back with him but I HIGHLY doubt that.
      I will be highlighting this review to any platform that Lend Nation is on and to the BBB. Avoid this place.

      It has the rudest reps ever, and they get mad when you correct their attitude. The last rep disconnected from me because she made a mistake. If your staff cannot handle frustrated customers in a professional manner, perhaps they are not suited for customer service roles.

      Aubrey the manager is terrible. She has a very big loud screaming voice that could make someone have a heart attack! You borrow money but when making back payments interest never goes down.therefore you still owe the same??? You make payment but balance stays the same! Also you can call in and use anyone’s credit card to pay bill because they keep them stored! Which is illegal!
      I would never use this company again!!

      I applied for a loan with Lend Nation, x2 due to technicalities on their part, and was approved. I was then told that I would not receive funds for 24/48 hours.
      I opted to cancel the loan and was told that I could not cancel due to "paperwork." In 24/48 hours I will not need any funds.
      Ask for management and was yelled at. If I could leave zero stars I would.

      279.50% Interest Rate??!!!!
      I originally borrowed $400, I have never missed a payment. Yet, I currently owe $567.65.. Last payment April 2024 was $122.00. March 2024 payment was $110.68 of which $107.22 was Interest only.. This makes no sense..It doesn't seem like it could be legal, yet in not the slightest of being" for the customer ".
      I am working on consolidating this debt thru another company with believable/do-able rate. No payment will be made in May 2024.

      Your online loan installment process is ridiculous! I went through the process of converting my store loan to online to refinance because I was unable to go into the store. I went through all the steps to refinance so I could pay a lower payment today and have my next payment due on the 20th. After a call to customer service Lend Nation has charged my card 3 times for one refinance that’s cost me more than my regular payment would have cost. I should not have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund because your system flaws. And basically be told by your customer service there’s nothing that can be done and how I can leave a voicemail for a supervisor. I’ve emailed your info@lendnation address no response. Terrible company I can’t wait to have this debt paid and never do business with you again and every person I know I will make sure they know how terrible your customer service is. You take advantage of people who have flawed credit and charge them outrageous rates just because you know they have no other options.

      This company will report incorrect wages to family support division causing unnecessary problems for people with benefits including health benefits. They will terminate you for unknown reasons and then manipulate the situation to keep you from receiving benefits. They will destroy your employee file and claim you have no right to your own information. And further more will claim you have access to your pay stubs but make it inaccessible to you at all costs. They employ people that do NOT keep personal customer i formation safe and allows employees to give out pwrsonal informtion on other customers without reprimand. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY

      Within 2 hours of doing business with Lend Nation there were fraudulent charges made to my debti card. It was a new debit card that I had received less than 24 hours prior.

      When I spoke to the manager, "Kim", she assured me that the business is entirely legitimate and dismissed all concerns about their business being possibly responsible for wire fraud. Would not even begin to take the claim seriously.

      While the dispute is being handled through my bank and will be resolved, people should steer clear of this company. Either they are taking advantage of their customers or they are not vetting their employees well and they are a danger to the community and their clients.

      All of a sudden my sister receives a text message stating this is the last attempt to reach me. I call immediately and this company is saying they are going to begin the judgment and garnishment for 5k in 3 days! For something in 2017 but can not tell me anything about a supposed loan I took out. I very vividly remember calling this company to confirm any debt was paid in 2017 and they said there was nothing. Even then I was concerned because I didnt remember ever taking a loan out with them. No one can answer my questions, no one answers the phone. And this debt has not been validated. They cant even tell me where this generated and how much I supposedly borrowed. I am completely stressed out and can not find answers. This is time sensitive!

      I wouldnt refer anyone to this company I have never been so unbelievably upset with lend nation till recently. It is really funny to me that when you contact them by email they will continuously call you and EVERY single person on your list it is absolutely unacceptable. I know that they are trying to get their money but I DO NOT HAVE IT so to people I know they all have been telling me that lend nation is full on harassing me. Im stressed the f out and this is so getting past the point of ridiculous! Ill pay on my loans as soon as I can until then please give me a break this is really getting to me. ***** get the money as soon as I am able like I said. Please dont call me!
