  I bought both my dogs a seresto flea collar 3 months ago and they both are still have fleas, they are not working at all! What happened to the guarentee???

  Was a loyal seresto customer. Purchase 4 cat collars and 3 dog collars (2 small 1 large). I purchased my collars this April 2023 from both Chewy and Petco. They stopped working completely weeks ago. My great **** has flea allergy dermatitis (FAD) He's lost most his hair, his skin is puffy, he itches and cries non stop. My smaller dogs had loads of fleas upon bathing them today, can see the blood coming off their skin. My dogs get new collars every 8 months. What happened in 8 months time for these to go to total crap? I canceled my autoship with chewy and I WONT buy these ever again. The collars are garbage, my dogs are suffering and so is my wallet. They are legit collars, I got them from legit stores. They wear them non stop to the skin, never loose. They never went without a collar, wearing one all year as I was on the 8 month auto ship, I'd simply change to the new collar. I've used seresto for a few years now. I've done nothing different. The collars are just ****, not even making it 3 months with them. Never again. You lost this customer.

  Regarding the seresto collar. I put this on my 10 yr old healthy lab and 5 days later he had difficulty breathing on day 7 his eye began dropping and he had a nose bleed when I took the collar off his breathing was slightly better but still not normal my vet could not determine what was wrong with him and suggested several options including cancer. He is currently on several antibiotics and after a month he is doing better his eye is more normal his nose still bleeds slightly I believe this collar poisoned him and should be withdrawn from sale too many pets have died from it and my dog is still not out of the ***** and may never be well again or die. It has been a very expensive ordeal treating him all for a $80 poison collar that was purchased from a reputable company. Shame on Bayer you should be paying my vet bills for harming my dog who is my family my other dog also started having problems breathing after 3 days the collar was put in the trash. I warn everyone now about these deadly poison collars in hope no one goes through my ordeal. Unlike my lab my other dog who is 5 finally started breathing normally after 3 weeks

  https://www.seresto-store.com/ is a scam website!!!! This is not a legit Seresto website and not from the real **************** I accidentally placed an order thinking that this website and company were legit. The prices were half of what is normally offered for these collars. The website led me to make a payment thru a third party. Initially, the third party payment account stated that the merchants name was Seresto-Store and no mention of who the real merchant was. 24 hours after the purchase, I received the receipt from the third party payment account and the name listed was Xudi daily necessity store in Jiyang District, ***** City

  The collars I purchased 4 total fell off of my cats after just about 3 weeks, nowhere to be found. One cat I replaced it a 2nd time and within a couple of weeks it was gone again and caused him to loose fur. 1 collar has managed to stay on 1 cat of mine, but she still has fleas!

  I have used the Bayer Seresto Collar on my cats to prervent flea/Ticks since 2012/2013. I still have **************************************************************************************************************************************** the conditions as directed. Basically I was one of the loyalty customer for it. My cats were getting itching and scratching. I took them to vet with very expensive fee. I still am working with my vet for these problems. Since ********************** Report Revealed EPA Failed to Protect Pets, Owners From Dangerous Flea and Tick Collar on 6/15/2022, I am asking for a refund of unopend 10 Seresto Collars.
