    I honestly can’t express in word about how sore I feel about this company and the dealerships they deal with. When I bought my car had a safety issue come up shortly after buying it. The dealer was was OBVIOUSLY LYING about this warranty. Any way I called this company and was told they undermined this dealership and it would be taken care of. That’s where it ended now when I send emails or call can’t seem to get ahold of them definitely feeling like I am be dodged by both of these companies talked to 4 different people between them and getting 4 different stories before all the contact stopped. I get the feeling that they make There money by lying to thier customers and the dealerships they deal with are selling cars with hidden safety issues and lie about it they wont accept that they are doing it. STAY away from this company and any dealership the deal with cause someone is going to get hurt or worse. I just want someone to give me a straight answer about the warranty and stop being nervous and angry when you ask them a simple question about it. I DO NOT WANT A REPLY I am just warning people if you happen to stumble across this company or any company they associate with to get a good lawyer you’re gonna need it. I have never been so upset by any company in my life.

    I paid over $2500 for what I thought was bumper to bumper coverage for 36mo/36,000 miles and I find out they don’t cover hoses for the AC. Doesn’t feel like what I was told would be covered when I purchased this coverage and when I call in the phone rep was very rude in telling me this.
