******s team did a good job on my house, however there have been issues which he has not been willing to address. I have had to hire someone else to fix these issues. The latest issue I see is warping of the trim around the roof. I have contacted ***** about this with no response.

    Business Response

    Date: 07/22/2024

I’ve responded multiple times to this complaint . I’m not sure why it hasn’t been noted . I’ve even called and spoke to people there explaining what happened .
     I will explain again:

she also complained at FCR Roofing (which no contract has been signed and she is not their customer ) and I’ve responded there as well .

we installed siding and roofing for her in 2019 , her warranty expired in 2021 . She had a two year labor warranty .

She called in recently and said a storm came in and blew off some aluminum fascia . We told her that he warranty expired in 2021 . After that she emailed us approximately over 30 times , called over 30 times and left belligerent nasty messages multiple times (which we have recordings of )
damages from a wind storm is not covered under warranty and is covered under homeowners insurance which we told her as well .

out stance still to this day . Signed contract in 2019 , warranty expired in 2021 .
customer called in after warranty expired to advise if storm damage after the expired warranty date .
storm damage is not covered under warranty (even if she had a warranty - which she does not )

    please close this case .
I will send signed contract and warranty info separately- thank you
