Dec, 26, 2024 - found Precise Billiards on google search for pool table felt replacement ******* ******** is the owner, he showed me pics of KU Jayhawk pool table felt that I had asked about, said it would cost $500, he would need that money to order it, then he would come service, balance the pool table, & change the felt. I venmo him the $500. Our issues started when it seemed to be taking a very long time for the felt to come in, ******* was not texting or emailing me with the status. I had to text him and wait a few days for a response. Friday 1/24/25, he said the felt should be shipping to him that day and he will install it within two weeks. Heard nothing until 2/12/25 when I text him and asked when he was going to receive & install the felt. ******* said his aunt died & he was out of town. He would be back in town on Tuesday (2/18) I had to contact him on 2/27, asking when he could install the felt, He said Saturday morning 3/1/25, I text & stayed home all that day & he never replied or showed up. I then asked for him to just ship me the felt. He said he would be back in town Tuesday 3/4, he will give me a discount on the install since it has taken so long. Monday 3/10 I asked when he could install, He said he is coming in town on Monday 3/17 "for sure" & he can install that Thursday 3/20, He did not call, text, nor show up. He finally responded to my no show text on Monday 3/24, he said again he was sorry, will give me a discount on his labor, Friday he can install the felt. Today is Friday 3/28/25. I text & called him last night to remind him of our appointment, he did not respond, I then text & called in the morning, asking when he is coming. he still has not responded. I then sent him a text and a phone message of asking once again for my $500 refunded back to me since this has been so stressful. If he truly has the felt, I can come by his home/business today & pick it up. I sent a pay request through Venmo for the $500 refund.

******* ********* owner and operator of this business, took possession of a pool table and was hired to rebuild it (i.e., new bumpers, new felt, balance and put it up in a basement). He refuses to respond to my calls, text messages and efforts to get him to complete the job he was contracted to perform. For almost a year now, I have had half of a pool table in my basement waiting for the job to be completed. He has made and broken numerous appointments to finish the job, he will not call me back, he will not answer text messages, he will not tell me where he is keeping my property, he is refusing to allow me to pick it up or to hire someone else to pick it up.
