  I was pleased with the service. I was frustrated with the original phone call to the help center, because the phone kept breaking up. It took a while to get my point across, due to this problem.

  Vonetel is a scammer operation actually located in *****. They are NOT ******************* They lie and put this on their invoices. Call ********** the REAL ********* phone number, and find out for yourself! Also, the address listed as their business address is to a residential house, not a business. The address used to be to another company committing fraud, and the home owner was sent to jail for fraud. Do some research and you will see for yourself! TO ALL POTENTIAL FUTURE CUSTOMERS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Vonetel is a fake support site. They use their customer's computers and their own computers to leave fake reviews on websites to look legitimate, as well as register their scammer business on the Better Business Bureau and leave their selves fake reviews to get a good rating. Also, they use the vast amounts of money they make scamming poor unsuspecting people to pay the BBB to be accredited. What is $45 a month when you make literally millions from scamming people each year?Trust me, I am an onsite computer repair tech and deal with the aftermath of these scammers at least once a week. Vonetel is 100% a scam. Look at the address they use on their BBB listing. The person that lived there ended up going to jail for fraud.

  My computer got hacked today while searching for local electricians, which really shocked me. Not searching risky websites I thought. Maybe just coincidence. The computer was indicating I call ********* Support, but a search of MS, indicated a different number. Was patched to ******* and *****. All in we spent about 3 hours total getting my computer back and scanning to fix, repair and confirm. I did purchase the service and lifetime support agreement. Thanks guys. *******
