    A really great place to get fit but also just a really great community! I love the variety of workouts you can do, and I love the option of sculpting or cycle. It’s hard to find a place that does both and does it well. Every teacher has their own teaching style so every class is a bit different, which is great so classes feel fresh. I love how this place is so inclusive and is perfect for anyone from novice or to a more advanced level. The staff and teachers are all very friendly and work hard to make sure you’re comfortable and the studio clean.

    I absolutely love it at Rhythm! The instructors are amazing and so motivating! There’s a variety of classes and times, making it easy to fit workouts into my schedule. I’ve tried many gyms over the years, and this by far is my favorite place. It’s not just a place to workout; it’s a community. Highly recommend!

    I love Rhythm! I consider myself a beginner in the fitness world and the staff made me feel welcomed, supported and in good hands from day one. The classes are fun and the facilities are always clean and inviting.

    RHYTHM offers a great mix of classes—cycle, barre, mat pilates, and fit body—and the variety makes it easy to find something that fits your schedule. What really stands out is the welcoming community. The instructors are motivating and create a positive atmosphere that makes every class enjoyable and keeps me coming back.

    I have had the pleasure of taking classes at Rhythm for nearly a year now and have had nothing but the most positive experience each and every time. I love it so much that I even just celebrated my 150th class!! Rhythm has helped me to get back into a routine of taking care of myself and feeling my best - I have never felt better! The staff and instructors are always welcoming and helpful and the community is 10/10!!!! It really doesn't get any better than Rhythm.
