    They lie about the cancel anytime. I've had problems with my knee and I'm doing better now. They've refused to cancel over the phone and now they're saying I owe over $190 when it's supposed to be month to month. I will be getting a paid lawyer through my employer. I will also be signing up at another gym because I do not like their dishonesty.

    Crunch Fitness in Shawnee on Shawnee Mission Parkway tricked me into signing up for for a fitness lesson worth $80 on August 22, 2024. I am not a member of Crunch Fitness Center. It puzzles me how they can charge me for a fitness lesson when I am not a member, but the did. When I complained, I was told by Kenton K******, a fitness trainer I had been working with, that Crunch Fitness charges in advance, so that was why the charge appeared before I engaged in the actual fitness lesson itself. Kenton told me the charge was non-refundable, even though I am not a member of Crunch Fitness of Shawnee. He claimed that there was a picture taken of me signing up for the lesson which serves as proof that I did, in fact, sign up for the lesson. If I cannot, in fact, get the $80 charge cancelled, I will have to initiate a small claims court action. Keep in mind, that Crunch Fitness of Shawnee KS is a very cleverly deceptive organization when it comes to taking money from me. I intend to fight the charge, but I suspect that they will be very uncooperative with me. That means that Crunch Fitness of Shawnee has no customer service. Be forewarned about this deceptive organization and STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THEM!
