      They are an absolute scam. We went to their fake “show” where their products looks absolutely legit and awesome. Spent tons of money and bought one of their bigger sets, and they never worked like how they’re supposed to. Every time we try to make something in them, it completely burns our food. Either that, or you have to add tons of oil. Please listen to me when I tell you please save your money and do not spend it on this junk. And yes, we did contact them for potential refund and they came up with excuses every time and never ended up getting anywhere.

      Dear Dispute Resolutions,
      Thank you for your email we received on April 22, 2024. We appreciate the opportunity to respond.
      **** ****** and ***** ********** purchased a set of cookware and a set of steak knives from Celebrity on May 20, 2021. Our records show that Celebrity has not had any contact with Mr. ****** or ***** ********** since February 2022.
      We are disappointed to hear that **** has had issues with his cookware from us.
      Celebrity would welcome the opportunity to provide customer service to resolve any issues **** has with his cookware.

      Unfortunately this Company preys on young people at bridal shows. They send you a text saying you have won a prize and that you would need to show up, give you this demonstration about how excellent their cookware is and then try to **** you into buying the cookware for thousands of dollars just so you can literally find the same cookware material for 1/4th price. The people who go over financing the cookware skim over apr which is ***** percent which puts you in to a reoccurring payment that lasts years, Then they tell you that your payment is being raised another 50 dollars. They never send you the honeymoon package that is supposed to be paid for, The funny thing is the honeymoon isn't paid for, it is more like a coupon(excluding resort fees). The pots and pans themselves are unfortunately terrible, They burn food and they are definitely NOT non-stick. I have refused to pay them and they have threatened to charge off my loan, I have only missed the first two payments. I will be taking legal action against the company, and seeing where I can take that route. The company is a scam.
