    11/27/2024 I went in the evening before Thanksgiving and asked that they trim the back and texture my bangs. They were short already, but they were real thick chic. The lady cut off over 6 inches and cut my bangs right in the middle of my forehead it look like a two-year-old did it I tried. I had the owner call me, she did not seem to care did not want to come and look at it and didn’t offer to fix it. What is disgusting business I missed my Thanksgiving. I was too embarrassed to go.

    **** ********** came into our salon on Wednesday, November
    27th, 2024 around 2PM.  She said
    she needed her hair cut because she attempted to cut her own hair with kitchen
    scissors and botched up her own hair. 
    Our most senior stylist with over 25 years of experienced attempted to repair
    Ms. ************  long, curly hair.  The stylist did her best to fix Ms. ************
    hair despite ************ hair being difficult to cut due to the kitchen scissor
    cuts and multiple knots in her hair.
     Ms. ********** was
    demeaning to the stylist during and after the haircut.  Calling the stylist “stupid” and “on drugs”. 
    The salon manager looked at Ms. ************ finished haircut
    and thought it was a great haircut despite the condition of ************ hair
    when she arrived at the salon. Ms. ********** had been concerned with keeping
    her hair length. Ms. ************ hair might have seemed shorter to her but her
    hair was still well below her shoulders. Since Ms. ********** did not like her haircut,
    the manager refunded her money.
    After Ms. ********** left the salon, she began calling the
    salon multiple times, The salon manager took her calls but could not resolve ************ dissatisfaction.   Ms. ********** kept saying she couldn’t go to Thanksgiving
    because of her haircut. The salon manager asked the salon owner to call Ms. **********.
     The salon owner attempted to call her
    and left a voicemail with her personal cell number.  Ms. ********** eventually called the salon
    owner back.  The salon owner asked Ms.
    ********** if she’d come back to the salon and have a different stylist recut
    her hair or come back in a few months and recut her hair when it was longer.  Nothing offered appeased Ms. **********.
    On Thanksgiving around 11:30 PM Ms. ********** sent an inappropriate,
    long text message to the salon owner’s cell number.  ********** was upset because she didn’t go to
    Thanksgiving dinner. She shared her bitterness and anger towards the stylist
    that had cut & fixed her hair.
    Unfortunately, Ms. ************ hair was originally messed up
    by her and not Great Clips. She cut her own hair with a kitchen scissors and expected
    Great Clips to fix her hair.  Sometimes
    when people attempt to cut their own hair and make mistakes, the mistakes
    cannot be easily fixed by one visit to a hair salon. It may take multiple
    visits and time for the hair to grow back, be recut and shaped.  Great Clips went above and beyond to try to
    correct and repair Ms. ************ hair and even refunded her money even
    though her cut took longer than most haircuts due to the condition of her hair,
    but we still could not appease Ms. **********.
