5 starsI recently had my basement walls and rim joists insulated, and I must say, the work was done exceptionally well. The team kept me informed throughout the entire process and did a great job of masking off, spraying, and keeping everything clean. 5 stars**** is truly amazing. We had to have our entire attic insulation removed to do mold. A **** sq ft home. **** and his team were extremely professional, knowledgable and honest. I got multiple bids and their pricing was very fair. I have sold real estate for 30 years and worked with many vendors. Koala is superior in every aspect. Very reasonably priced and fast turn-around time of less than a week for completion. All employees we encountered were both knowledgeable and friendly. *** and his team did a fantastic job on a large, complicated project. The estimate was very detailed and *** took the time to discuss several options and was receptive to my concerns and changes as the project progressed. Communication was prompt and friendly. The install team was efficient and creative in building a large catwalk and decking across the attic to access the **** unit. After 5 estimates, Koala was the most thorough and reasonably priced.
