    If I could give 0 stars I would. I set an appointment for May 14th. The exterminator came on May 13th (I was mourning the anniversary of a friend's death). When I called the this morning to ask what happened she said her system said the 13th therefore I WAS WRONG. I tried several times to explain and she interrupted me. She put me on hold without telling me. I became angry and she then interrupted me several more times. She said she listened to me, but how do you hear someone when they are on hold? She then refused to accept responsibility for the error. When I became angry as she continued to interrupt me, she said I was not allowed to be angry regardless of how rude she was to me. She felt she was providing service by calling me a liar and making sure I had an appointment to provide Weaver's with income. Apparently, Weaver's feels that customers who provide income are required to use their business regardless of how rude and abusive they are. I do not appreciate being called a liar, even by implication. When Weaver's says their system is more correct than the customer, they are calling the customer a liar. I will always be upset when I am interrupted. Expect that. I need an explanation for the rude behavior of the receptionist and I need the receptionist to PROVE she was listening to me when she repeatedly interrupted and then summarily put me on hold without my permission.
