    Bought through ****** on Dec 4th, 2023. It was a Christmas gift for a friend. It was for a dirt racing experience that was going to be in Kansas city on Aug 7/8th, 2024. I got an email in July stating they needed to change the dates to the following week (email attached) OR I could put the ticket on hold for future dates. As the person wouldn't be able to do the following week we elected to hold the ticket. As of the beginning of this week(Week of Oct 25th) I hadn't received word on future dates so I went on their website and the only thing it showed was they were "closed as of immediately"(screenshot attached) After checking though my emails (which I NEVER received one stating they were closing or how to get a refund) I decided to Google them. I found a screenshot someone posted from the company stating the same thing as the website; HOWEVER, This one stated to contact your third party or credit card about a refund. That you could email them but that email wasn't checked so will be a long time for an answer. I have emailed them and so far no response. I tried calling however it just states "not accepting calls at this time". I reached out to ****** but they state they will only dispute within 180 days. I tried my bank (which is where the money officially came out of) and they said its been to long to reach out to the vendor.... whom I cannot get ahold of. I would appreciate any assistance.

    I purchased a driving experience for my husband with this company as a gift for him. When the first date was due to happen they cancelled and said they'd reschedule. They also cancelled that date so a third date was scheduled it also was cancelled. Then I see they have closed their doors not offering refunds for the money we spent and are telling us to contact our credit card company for a refund. I purchased this over a year ago. i don't think I'll get a refund. They didn't even have the decency to contact me personally. I seen it on Facebook on their page. I think this was a scam from the very beginning. It's the ***** ******* dirt Racing Experience.
