  We waited 6 weeks for tree trimming to be scheduled. On the scheduled date, the team leader did not show up, so the work could not be done, When the tree was trimmed, multiple limbs were left overhanging the house and privacy fence, as well dead branches were left in the tree. Discussions with supervisor Alex went nowhere. Alex said management decided they would not address our concerns and further stated that in the future, we should "go with someone else" rather than Arbor Masters.

  After consulting with our branch office, we did have to reschedule the original service date, but we were able to get to the customer the next day. Per our Arborist, all work was done according to the work order and to ANSI standards. Our crews are highly skilled and educated on proper tree trimming and adhere to the strict standards set forth by the Tree Care Industry Association. We previously stated that we would be happy to have our Arborist meet with the customer to discuss the trimming that was done and how it will benefit the customers trees.

  Con Artist. Especially on the elderly! I just read the previous BBB reviews and my previous review supports their claim 100% Seth Blank is definitely a Con Artist. Think this guy, DJ Waters, Branch Manager, according to their mailers/fliers/advertisements that claim: ISA Certified Arborist certification is (10155) is also a CON ARTIST

  The customer requested an estimate to have her Bradford Pear tree pruned. Seth Blank, P-lant Health Care Sales arrived at the requested time to meet with the customer. After evaluating the tree, the customer was told it would take a few hours to complete and let her know that we are backlogged about 8-9 weeks. A proposal price was presented and the customer informed Seth that the crews would have to complete the tree pruning in 30 minutes. The customer was told that this was not possible; Arbor Masters provides professional tree service and follows TCIA guidelines for tree pruning and safety. The customer did not agree with the pruning time and the appointment was concluded.

  I had three each, approx. 6-7 inch limbs I needed cut down, because I am an older lady. I requested the limbs to be dropped in my yard & I would take care of cleaning up the limbs myself Maybe 5 cuts at the most and exactly what Seth Blank, with Arbor Masters stated. They charge $375 @ hour & my 3 limbs would be less than 30 minutes. I'm thinking this quote/ proposal would be approx $185 at the worst. Proposal # 159316 was $645.00 Folks.....I pray YOU ALL GO TO BBB (Better Business Bureau) and share your experience....even if it was just a quote to an elderly person

  Had *********************** here today. Beautiful job. They were so considerate. Took 2 bad trees, then I had 70 mile an hour wind, so thinking those guys saved my house today! Great Job. Ill will recommend you to all. Thanks guys.

  This company is the real deal! Top notch. Did a very hard tree removal job for me. And exceeded my expectations. Cleaned up the job site neatly and had the job done in a timely manner. Crew was friendly and Toms been great to work with! I would highly recommend and use for any future projects!

  We contracted with Arbor Masters ************ ** location, to cut down a large dead tree in our yard. They cut the wrong tree, one not remotely dead, or in anyway similar to the dead tree.Arbor Masters then promised to provide a replacement tree of our choosing. We selected a tree and advised them of that selection, and they passed us to one of thier vendors to do the tree installation. The vendor had our yard marke for utilities, and gave us a firm date they would install the tree. The tree was never installed. We tried to contact the vendor, but they are not accepting our calls or returning messages. We have also contacted Arbor Masters, but they also have refused to return our calls or remedy the situation.To cut the wrong tree was an avoidable error that should not have happend. To avoid calls and not remedy the situation as was promised is not an error, but a conscious decision.

  We do apologize for all the problems the customer had with our tree **********************. ********************** contracted with a local nursery to install a new tree at the customers home. We tried on several occasions to reach the nursery to get an installation date for the replacement tree, but they were not responding to our inquiries. Per the conversation yesterday between the customer and ************* Manager *************************, Arbor Masters is taking action this week to rectify the situation.
