      WE HAD THIS BUSINESS REPLACE A WINDSHIELD AND MOLDING FOR A NISSAN ARMADA ON MARCH 19,2025. THE WINDSHIELD WAS INSTALLED CORRECTLY BUT THE MOLDING WAS NOT DONE CORRECTLY. THE FIRST TIME THEY USED THE OLD MOLDING WHICH ISN'T THE CORRECT PROCEDURE. WE WENT BACK , THEY ORDERED THE NEW MOLDING FOR $70- REPLACED THAT, HOWEVER, WITHIN DAYS, THE MOLDING CAME OFF. WE HAVE BEEN TO THE STORE FIVE TIMES, CALLED THE MAIN OFFICE IN WICHITA AND CAN NOT GET ANY WORKERS OR OFFICE PEOPLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THERE IS ALSO A SIDE MOLDED PIECE THAT THEY HAVE FAILED TO ORDER. WE HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR THE WINDSHIELD WHICH WAS $726.85 AND THE MOLDING WHICH WAS $70. WE CANNOT GET REIMBURSED BY OUR INSURACE COMPANY FOR $296.85 UNLESS THE JOB IS COMPLETED AND WE HAVE A COPY OF THE MOLDING THAT WE PURCHASED. WE DO HAVE A RECEIPT FOR THE WINDSHIELD. WE DO NOT HAVE CONFIDENCE IN THIS COMPANY REPLACING THE MOLDING, SO WE ARE WANTING A REFUND FOR THAT. SECOND CHOICE WOULD BE FOR THEM TO REPAIR, BUT WHEN WE GO INTO THE BUSINESS, THERE ARE NO MANAGERS WORKING, ONLY TWO YOUNG MEN DOING THE SHOP WORK. THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS LIVES IN WICHITA, WE HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THAT PHONE NUMBER BUT THE LADY THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE WON'T LET US TALK TO GARY. WHEN WE CALLED THE OFFICE IN WICHITA TODAY, WE TOLD THE LADY WE ARE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, SHE SAID "GO AHEAD, I DON'T CARE. PLEASE HELP.

      We still haven’t heard back from the manager that he received the parts for our windshield that needs completed. He said he would call when he gets the parts in , no call or anything from him its been 3 weeks , he said he would call in  couple of days .

      On 3/18/2024 I went to discount auto glass to get my windshield replaced. I paid 212.32 for the service. Once my boyfriend brought me my car the seal around the window was not sealed and my inspection sticker was not returned to me. I went back Thursday 3/21/24 after I called about the window seal not being secure they first tried to argue and tell me that it’s not an issue and told me the 2 blue broken clips is not from my window and then got it to lay flat against the window. I drove to work and the seal keeps coming up. There is no corporate number to call and I am frustrated that I have to find someone to now fix this issue. I am now out even more money and they act like there is nothing that can be done about the issue. I did not bring my car to them like that so why is it I am supposed to have my car be that way now.

      Please have the customer stop back in the shop for our technicians to try to make the side molding lay down better.  Please note this car is a 2007 and that after being in the sun and elements for almost 20 years most exterior parts are weathered and do not fit as well as they did when the vehicle was newer.  Thank you, Discount Auto Glass.
