    We have been in the same house for 13 years and never had a problem until last month when they supposedly got a new driver. We put our recycling and trash out together (my husband drags both out simultaneously) at the same time and same place we always have. The last 3 recycling pick up days our recycling has not been picked up. The 1st time I was told it was a new driver. The 2nd time I was given the same excuse. The 3rd time I was told a lie that the recycling came at 7:30 and their truck camera showed only the trash was out. Impossible! One, my husband was home in the living room at 7:30, he would have seen and heard the truck. Two, he brings them out simultaneously. Three, he brought them out at 7:40, so there was nothing there. The recycling has never come that early at our street. It comes in the afternoon. Also, all our neighbors recycling was picked up, but not ours! They basically implied we are the liars and said they would pick it up as a courtesy this one time after I became irate with them. I don't know if there is a new owner or nepotism going on, but this is insane. They also gouge out of town customers, even though their route goes right past the house. In town we pay around 14, out of town they pay 62. Ridiculous! Do better, Stutzman's!!!!!
