  I honestly had the best experience with AKC Pros. A huge shout out to Paul Davis, the person that helped me with the roof. Paul is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. He explained everything so I could understand and he is totally honest which is a big thing when you are dealing with quite a bit of money. He helped me with insurance and pretty much did everything for me. They had the roof tore down and a new roof on the very same day and it looks amazing. I really didn't realize how much a new roof transforms your house. All in all, I highly recommend AKC Pros LLC!

  Unfortunately for me this is the second time in 3 years I have needed a roofer (different homes) I contacted AKC pros again as I was pleased with their company the first time I used them. My property advocate this time was Paul Michael D****, I am pleased with his professionalism and him advocating for me with insurance to help me get this claim approved. He communicates well, he understands the insurance process, he was able to educate me regarding options for payment of deductible as well as provide empathy and understanding while I'm going through a stressful situation. I will continue to recommend this company for roofing needs. Everyone I have encountered with this company has been pleasant to work with.

  Irene has been our representative with AKC from the get go!

  Paul M****** ***** was diligent and graciously persistent in working well with our insurance carrier, Allstate. After being denied once by our carrier Paul came in and rectified the issue and we were awarded the claim and because of Paul's knowledge of insurance claims we were able to have a new roof bought and paid for by Allstate. He did exactly what he told us he would do.
  And the crew that Paul and AKC provided did an amazing job and Paul made sure that all aspects of the roof that were damaged got repaired. Even though the adjuster did not see everything that was damaged, Paul did and went to bat for us and won the battle.
  My Beautiful Wife and I highly recommend AKC Pros and Paul M****** ***** for your home repairs. And by the by, Paul Michael Loves Homemade Ice Cream!

  Irene with AKC Pros helped me through the entire process of getting my new roof on my house. It was a great experience. I appreciate the entire team and the roofing crew for being so thorough and clean during construction. I would definitely recommend AKC Pros!

  A hail storm in March, followed by a tornado in May, had the exterior of my home severely damaged.
  
  Valerie, Heather and the rest of the team at AKC Pros were great to work with! They got my roof and gutters completely replaced to new - looking better than they did before the storms.
  
  While my home was repaired quickly, struggles with the insurance company dragged on for nearly 6 months. The AKC team members were there for me every step of the way. I suggest you have roofing specialists like these folks in your corner or you could be out thousands of dollars more than your deductible by the end of the claim process! Luckily that didn’t happen to me. Thanks guys!

  Thank You for your response, much more acceptable than the description Mr. Ward tried to provide . Just more pathetic B S to my review. And more of the same , from a poor quality , shady , unethical and unskilled roofing company .
  You state you have not been paid. You implied that you had received no money from me, when in fact, you required the entire ACV check from my insurance in advance BEFORE you would order the materials to do my roof. Fully 60% of your bid. You agreed to submit an invoice once completed and wait for the remainder, which is where we were when you wrote your response.
  As for the other issues, your crew installed shingles over warped decking without letting me know the condition of my roof. Had I been informed of the condition of the decking by your crew the problem would have been easily resolved . I checked with my insurance company Farm Bureau and was told by my agent the decking was covered by insurance . They are one of the few companies who cover this issue . But because of your non speaking English workers there was no communication . You later came to my home to respond to my complaints and you provided excuses and no apologies for the poor quality of the workmanship your company performed . . Also , my wife wants to add her two cents , your roofing installation crew is a joke , you employ nonenglish speaking hispanic workers who can only say yes or hi ! Your unskilled crew dropped unopened shingles across our roof repeatedly causing damage to walls and ceilings . you gave excuses and no apologies or offers to fix the damage your workers incurred . When it became dark outside your crew used their cell phone flashlights to help put on the shingles installation instead of coming back the next day to finish the job . . We will never use or recommend AKC pros roofing to anyone .
