I have had a rental unit at this place for over 28 years. This company took over at the end of 2023. I have for many years had the payment taken out of my bank automatically. Since January they have taken out an immense amount of money on some months & none on others. They have been charging for 2 units & I was not aware. Then they sent me a lien notice on both units with charges. I have not been at the location for many years. Family heirlooms, antiques, collectibles, furniture ect that were going to grandkids. No room at my home. I tried to get this all settled & find out why they hadn't taken out monthly like they should have been for the one unit & how the 2nd unit got put onto my account. I called in in March to give my new debit card # & was told all was good & expected no problems. The beginning of June received the lien notices on 2 units. I called several times. I remember speaking to ***, ******* & **** at different intervals. Told them they needed to tell me how long they had been overcharging me. Their response was they didn't have that info. I asked what he unit # was on my lease contract. They again said they didn't have that info. When I said we needed to get it straightened out they told me that I had to go through my bank & show proof that they took too much. They did not have an answer why they didn't take the payment in April & May. I told them that they were responsible to the lien charges because if they had taken out like they were supposed to there wouldn't have been any charges. They told me I was being charged for **** * ****. I drove there & discovered the fence & security gate that I got the unit for in the first place was gone. I go to ****, there is a lock on it but was not locked. Opened it & there were a few boxes in the middle on the floor. Not floor to ceiling like mine. Did not go thru it because i didn't want to mess with someone's personal belongings. Out of characters, more important info. Please call my house # & leave message
