    We recently had the opportunity to work with Dultmeier Roofing for a full roof replacement, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the initial phone call to the final follow-up, every step was handled with professionalism and care.
    Our first contact was with the office staff, who were kind, helpful, and easy to work with—making the process of scheduling the inspection simple and stress-free. Communication with ***** throughout the process was excellent. He provided a thorough explanation of the inspection results, a detailed and fair bid, and offered all available options for shingles and gutter colors, including potential upgrades. Every question we had was answered promptly, honestly, and with great attention to detail.
    The roofing crew did a fantastic job. They removed two layers of old shingles, replaced a few damaged OSB boards, and kept the worksite tidy. After the first full day of work, they cleaned up the area around the house and returned the following day to complete the installation. They even used magnets to collect nails and staples from the yard—though we did find a small handful of nails afterward, most were tucked away in flowerbeds and not unexpected.
    Since the completion of the job, any follow-up questions or concerns we’ve had have been addressed quickly and thoroughly. This was our first time hiring a roofing company, and it turned out to be one of the most pleasant and straightforward home improvement experiences we’ve ever had.
    ***** is genuinely great to work with. He clearly cares about the quality of work his team delivers and wants every customer to feel confident and satisfied. He understands that replacing a roof is a big investment, and it’s evident in the craftsmanship and service they provide.
    We are very pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dultmeier Roofing to anyone needing roofing services. If we ever need work done again, they’ll be our first call.
