    Reported on June 8 my air conditioner was making horrible sound Office had the air conditioner technician he ordered a fan replacement after fixing that he put freon in it. Told ****** it needed a new unit. Well it has been month now . I did get to use one of the portable ones after numerous emails that I had sent her saying it still wasn't working she brought a technician up here said he pumped two and a half pounds of freon in it and then I would give it just a week but they took away the good air conditioner and I've been sitting here all weekend with no air it blows warm. And I had no way to call her let her know I can't cook I can't do laundry I can't sleep in my bed it was just very very uncomfortable in this and this isn't the first time that she ignores my text. I went in to put another work order in she says all the lines that I have done more clothes they're not closed she's good about that too. And now I'm getting another maintenance request all of Monday is taken so they're telling me they don't get here till Tuesday for 1,000 a month that I pay I should have my air conditioner.

    When we first signed our lease we were informed that the washer and dryer in our unit was being repaired but would be fixed prior to move in and we were charged a monthly fee of $** of washer and dryer rent. Upon move in the washer and dryer was not fixed and whenever we called to get clarity on what was happening with it we were yelled at and hung up on. It took two months for the washer and dryer to get fixed and in the time we had to fight to get the few taken off for the second month but we were still charged $*** late rent fee because we did not want to pay the fee for something that we did not have so when we asked to get both the fee and late charge taken off they only took off the fee and yelled at us over the phone and at one point cussed us out. On May 16th 2023, only two weeks after the washer and dryer have been fixed, water started leaking out of the bottom on the washer flooding our apartment and the downstairs apartment as well. We went into the office to ask for help after shutting off the water and we were brushed off and told they would get to it. It took 30 minutes for a maintenance man to arrive and he accused us of breaking things and causing problems.
