We used Brian exclusively on 6 houses. Here's our last experience. Job never finished.
*Underside of deck not finished/deck wobbles. Guttering system never finished under deck. Had abt 4 excuses why they couldn't finish it.
*One spot on sunroom roof I can put my fingers under it. On peak of the sunroom- 3 different pieces of capping was used. 1 to tie in the other 2 like a bridge. That bridge sticks way up high where water can get under it. Both a leak hazard.
*Gutters on house and garage never done. Hired someone else to finish=$1700.
    * After I complained for months & got sick-Brian said he would tie an open gas pipe into a vent pipe & even stood there with pipes to do it. Smell never went away. Hired plumber to come get sewer smell out of my house. The open sewer pipe ended up being behind shower & plumbers said they couldn't get to it. Have to rip out a new Onyx shower to get to it. Plumber said Brian didn't tie in a vent, you can't get to it & we don't see it. We now have sewer smell constant in house. So add new shower & plumber on top of cost.
*Electrical. Have to hire electrician to fix lights that worked for a month & stopped. New garage door opener stopped working
*Paint on new wood burning stove.
*Had to hire someone to finish driveway
*Cabinetry was painted by them but paint's peeling/chipping off. Have to repaint (orig. paint doesn't stick so repainting wouldn't work) or replace.
*Charged twice for the garage roof. I paid roofer directly & it wasn't taken off the bill. Brian won't call back. Total of $4500
*Overall I lost about 11k+. The Plus because of unknown cost of new shower, electrical, future plumbing bill, cabinetry, sunroom roof.
Also everything they would've left undone had I not done a walkthrough. Page full of items inc. wonky molding, unfinished items.
Also said job would be complete in 10 wks, took 10+ mo's. Worked abt 4 hrs avg/day. Took off wks at a time. Always sick. Always an excuse why he wasn't showing up.
