    Duane, we completely understand your frustration. We thank you for our service. The tracking appears the parcel was placed on the wrong truck and unfortunately went to another town.

    They will not issue refund 10 days later and 1000 miles away delivered.

    Stay away from this fraudulent company. F rating!

    Customer is frustrated that USPS has a delay for misrouting the order.  Expected a refund for custom made product that is on the way and we be delivered.

    We sent the customer the following email 

    Duane, we completely understand your frustration.  We thank you for our service.  The tracking appears the parcel was placed on the wrong truck and unfortunately went to another town. 
    The parcel is on its way back to you.  I am sure you, being a veteran, and a reasonable person understand that mistakes happen.  
    The mistake in this case is not our company but a sorter at the post office facility made a mistake and routed the parcel to the wrong truck, this does not happen often but again we all make mistakes. 
    I talked to USPS, a claim can be filled if the parcel has been lost for over 15 days.  In this case the representative advised it is on its way back to Lafayette LA Distribution center and will be delivered to Maurice LA.  
    We can only apologize for the mistake made by USPS and advise the progress as we have been given. 
    Again I am sorry your parcel is arriving late.

    I ordered this item on the 18th of February 2024 and have not received it. I emailed the company and was told that someone would contact me regarding this problem, but to date I have not been contacted, nor have I received the item and it's been 22 days since I submitted my order.
