    Work started around May of 2024. He was paid to put in new countertops, sink, faucet & garbage disposal in the kitchen. Also to put new tile in the master bath

    All material was paid out of pocket on my end. I paid him for labor only
    5/20/24 he was advised via text the sink was leaking
    5/21/24 he was advised that a tile was loose in the bathroom
    Plan's to return:
    5/20 he stated 5/21 after work *he text 5/21 stating he was to busy
    5/24 he stated 5/25 *he didn't text till 1149am stating is wouldn't be till 1pm. I said that wouldn't work.
    5/30 he text to set up a time. I replied anytime after 6/10, he stated he would reach out then
    6/20 I text asking when he would be back out. *he stated possible this weekend, but he is extremely busy & wanted a list of what needs fixed *I stated 1) loose tile in bathroom 2)sink leak in kitchen, countertop seam & countertop edges
    6/22 he stated he didn't have time to come out
    7/1 he stated he hadn't forgotten about the repairs *I replied anytime
    7/10 he stated he could be out Sunday*i replied that works
    7/14 3am he stated he wouldnt be over until 330-4 *I said ok *240pm he stated he can't make it
    7/28 I reached out stating I need things finished*he said he couldn't until he moves
    8/14 I asked when he was going to get things fixed*he said he just moved and will get me on the schedule
    8/17 he stated Monday 9am 8/19 I asked if he was coming*he said no because I didn't respond
    9/19 I texted stating I have been beyond patient and I was this done*he said he would be out Tuesday @9
    9/24 he fixed the leak - he cut the counter short and tried to put a piece in, but don't look the best.*I told his that this isn't going to work for sure on the countertops and that I want a solid piece.*he said he would have to wait until he got the money to buy a new piece*I said ok you have a couple mths before it needs to be done

    I understand ***** ******* has expressed concerns regarding the services/products provided and
    are requesting a refund for the entire job that was performed at her residence.
    After reviewing the matter carefully, I would like to provide clarity on the situation and the
    efforts that went into delivering the agreed-upon work:
    1. Outline the Work Delivered: The Bid offered to *** ******* included Renovation of
    the Master Bathroom (flooring & resetting of toilet), Removed existing Kitchen
    Countertop and replaced with new laminate countertop, and installed new Kitchen
    Sink/Garbage Disposal. Bid was submitted and provided to *** ******* through Stripe
    app.
    2. Highlight Your Commitment to Quality: I take pride in not only my work, but the
    quality of my work and ensure that the customer is satisfied from start to finish. As any
    job that is quoted a bid, there are variables that can adjust the bid amount and/or added
    work to be done to finish the job. When tearing out the flooring in the bathroom, the sub
    floor needed replaced due to water damage as well as mold issues. I could hav

    As previously stated, a partial refund was offered to ********** for the countertop that she declined. She was not willing to hear what the refund amount would've been, instead rejected the offer stating she just wanted it done. The refund would've covered the cost of the countertop and a partial refund of the labor. The job was completed so it would be unreasonable refunding the whole amount for everything including labor. I no longer wanted to continue the work for this customer and tried my best to make it right which was neglected.
