    A year ago I called Blue Dot regarding a problem with a bathroom faucet. The service tech came out and before he did any plumbing work, told us about the “Membership Rewards program” that offered a discounted price for the plumbing work performed. I called to have a new bathroom faucet installed and they quoted me a price. The service tech arrived and told me our service plan was no longer in effect, and they had a new one. The price he quoted me without joining their new service plan was outrageous. He told me that several plumbers had left the company over their ** policies and that he was planning to quit also. He recommended another company for me to call. I paid him the $89 service call and sent him on his way. NOT HAPPY! I said I was planning on calling the Better Business Bureau.

    experience. We sincerely apologize for the confusion, frustration, and overall
    inconvenience you encountered on your recent visit. We clearly fell short of
    your expectations – and our own standards when it came to transparency about
    your plan’s status and offering you to rejoin. We understand how upsetting it
    must have been to receive a quote that differed from what you anticipated,
    especially after having previously benefited from a membership program.
                    Additionally,
    the comments shared by the technician about internal matters were inappropriate
    and unprofessional. That is not the level of service or communication we aim to
    provide. We are currently reviewing the situation internally and would
    appreciate the opportunity to make things right.

    we are terribly sorry for your experience and appreciate the candid feedback.
    It helps us do better.

    Daniel F***, Nick and Kyan remember these names as these (3) electricians come recommended 100%! They are all professional, innovative and always offered me their time to explain EVERYTHING I asked. They were nothing short of amazing!
    In better detail, I have a rebuilt home that was originally built in 1930. These electricians never made me feel “bad” as most do or even refuse to work on the older home.
    Fish, Nick & Kyan provided me with endless options. They listened to what I wanted and offered options. They even explained why some things were not possible due to safety, space or the electrical limitations, but they always offered their time and genuine ear.
    I truly feel valued as a customer and I will use Blue Dot services in the future!

    Greg was very friendly and answered any questions I have about getting a quote for a generator. He wasn’t pushy and he actually listened to what we needed and I don’t feel he tried to oversell. If we decide to purchase we will likely use this company.

    Kyan diagnosed and made the correct repair to get my dryer running. Same day service and repair sold me on a whole house electrical upgrade along with switching out my 15 year old water heater. The bath needed a new sink install too. So many things for my favorite HVAC and electrical company to fulfill. Thanks to Blue Dot, my house is running efficiently and safely.
