    On June 6th, DeBacker's Inc. Sent out a technician to find out why my central air unit was not cooling and then he was supposed to do the necessary repairs. The technician told me he put a very small amount of freon into the unit, but not much because he didnt think that was the problem. Debackers Inc charged me $240.00 for 2 lbs of R22 freon. The technician could not figure out what was wrong with my central air unit or why it would not cool. The technician said his senior would be coming out that day to address the problem. The senior never came to the house, never called. Debacker's, Inc sent me a bill for $385.56 even though they did not fix the problem or figure out what was going on with my central air unit. I would like them to cancel the bill they have sent me since they could not figure out the problem and didnt care enough to even call to let me know they were not going to send out the senior. They just ignored me and sent me a bill anyway. I will be happy to pay for the 16 x 25 filter that the technician installed, but I dont think it is right for them to charge me for the freon that I dont believe was added and it's also not right for them to charge me for the $110.00 service charge when they did not send out the senior to figure out the problem and provide the service they are
    charging me for.
